Litigation & Arbitration

When prevention isn't enough, we litigate. We represent clients in general administrative proceedings before any autonomous or semi-autonomous institution, governmental or non-governmental, including proceedings before DIGEPIH (oppositions, invalidations, cancellations), in civil litigation for IP infringement, and in preliminary injunctions or border measures against counterfeiting. We also act in arbitration proceedings before the CCIT Conciliation and Arbitration Center, as well as in commercial conciliation and mediation. Our practice covers general commercial litigation (breach of contract, collections, unfair competition) and criminal defense in cases involving IP-related offenses.
