Carlos Pérez Madrid is a Honduran attorney specializing in intellectual property and international corporate law, with more than ten years of experience advising multinational and local companies across Central America.
His practice combines a rigorous doctrinal command of intellectual property law (with a consolidated practice in the registration, monitoring, and defense of trademarks and patents before DIGEPIH and within the framework of the World Intellectual Property Organization, WIPO) with a strategic view of international corporate law, developed through the structuring and negotiation of complex commercial agreements (including licensing, franchising, and mergers and acquisitions) for clients across Latin America, North America, Europe, and Asia, among them the United States, Mexico, Colombia, Panama, Spain, Germany, Switzerland, Russia, China, and the United Arab Emirates.
